Let’s be honest we all love a good night of Chinese Take-out, but sometimes there is not enough time or money to satisfy your current needs. Then say hello to this super quick, and on point meal!

Mongolian Chicken is Rashawns favorite meal to get when we get Chinese Food. Of course you can make this recipe with beef or shrimp, even tofu or broccoli! The beauty of cooking is diversity.

If you do decide to join us on team chicken for this Mongolian recipe, just know you can use chicken breast, tenderloins, or thighs! Obviously thighs will be the juiciest but we’re big fans of cooking with what we have on hand.

You can also add more veggies to this depending on what you like, just onions is the traditional way! Feel free to eat over rice, noodles, veggies or anything you like best!
