When buying your salmon you should try and get wild caught fillets if possible. When the salmon is raised on the farm it usually includes dyes to make it more pink!
A semi-deep pan is best to make this dish. You can always add more or less spice or sauce depending on your taste buds.
We always enjoy this meal over creamy mashed potatoes but you can always serve over rice - or what ever you prefer!
